A daily dose of food . . .

Just thought I would share my food from today . . .

Vegan Breakfast burrito from whole foods (I don't know the points value of this, so I estimated a little high 9 points)



Agave Sweetened Soy Yogurt (2 points)



Coffee with soy milk ( .5 point)



Salad - greens, arugula, corn, black eyed peas, sunflower seeds, olive oil, vinegar, broccoli, quinoa (5.5 points)



Primal Strips Thai Peanut Seitan (1 point) - i forgot to take a picture of the actual food . . . but here's the wrapper



I'm not sure what to have for dinner tonight, but i have 13 points left for the day . . . any suggestions? :)

mmm your lunch looked right up my alley! YUM! uumm dinner tonight? I have some veggie burgers on schedule for this week with some baked french fries- quick and easy! Also roasted veggies w/ pasta-I might make that tonight. :)

I never knew there was vegan jerky! Whoa!

I like the roasted veggie idea. Not a big pasta fan myself...
